Australian singer-songwriter Brendan Maclean returns to Club Cumming with his new solo concert Alone At Last! The iconic "bad boy" of Aussie pop broke through with his ukulele anthem Stupid in 2014, was signed to Universal and then went on to create one of the most anthemic electro-pop releases of 2016 with funbang1. The album sparked the singles Tectonic and Hugs Not Drugs (Or Both) while gathering global controversy for his explicit Gay Semiotics short film House of Air of which the New Yorker quoted, "Should never be viewed in any public setting."
From his work with Baz Luhrmann in The Great Gatsby to his award-winning roles in Australian Cabaret, join Brendan Maclean as he brings his Greatest Hits (and some other bits!) to the legendary East Village venue, Club Cumming. The evening will feature songs from his own beloved discography and the covers that have made him a star in his own country, including iconic hits from Kate Bush, George Michael, Rufus Wainwright and Christine & The Queens.
