Buddette: Fame Monster is a musical-comedy epic following Buddette, the forgotten ex-girlfriend of Buddy the Elf who was cut from the movie and left to languish in Columbia University student housing. Now a rising singer-songwriter, she is finally stepping into her own spotlight just as Christmas returns and everyone expects her to be “jolly” again. With a crew of misfits and surprise guests, Buddette fights for identity, fame, and artistic freedom in the second chapter of her wild, very dumb saga.

The Final Cabaret with Seann Cantatore
The fabulously unfiltered Seann Cantatore — part comedian, part chanteuse, part I don’t know what (that’s English for “je ne sais quoi”) — returns to Club Cumming for The Final Cabaret...of 2025.
Whether you're here for the punchlines or the poignance, this cabaret will surprise, delight, and maybe even move you to tears (the good kind...probably).

KIM DAVID SMITH'S
A WERY WEIMAR CHRISTMAS
Musically directed by Tracy Stark, and featuring a cornucopia of special guests, including: Sidney Myer, Bright Light Bright Light, Sarah Bowden, and more!
Described by Broadway World as the "David Bowie of cabaret," "slyly subversive" by the Wall Street Journal, and labeled the "male Marlene Dietrich" by the New York Times, Australian Kim David Smith courts holiday cheer amid the glitter, doom, and decadence of 1920’s Berlin in his fabulously queer, Christmassy kabarett fantasia: "A Wery Weimar Christmas."
Featuring original holiday tunes "A Wery Merry Weimar Christmas," and "Don't Let Krampus Catch You Crying" (by Kim David Smith and Tracy Stark), AWWC delivers augmented holiday fare alongside beloved songs of the Weimar Republic ("Pirate Jenny" mit sleigh bells, anyone?) wrapped and warped with care, and topped with a shiny, black bow.
That's right, Rudolph and Santa collide with Weill, Hollaender, Spoliansky, and more in Smith's Minogue-Minnelli-and-Marlene-drenched salute to the Yuletide season. With music direction by award-winning accompanist Tracy Stark, Smith is traditionally joined by special guests, including Bright Light Bright Light, Sarah Bowden, and New York’s beloved father of the great small stage, Sidney Myer, among others.
Debuting at Club Cumming in December 2019, AWWC manifested in 2020 as a virtual holiday apparition (streamed from Club Cumming), retook the live stage in December 2021, returning every year since for a not-so-silent night of vigorously jingled bells.

2025 Salem Witch Trial by Gretchen Wylder
Based on the true story of a queer witch whose Christian neighbors go cult mode. Awarded "Best Solo Show" at Edinburgh Fringe.
Based on the true story of a tarot-reading lesbian forced from her home by Christian neighbors likely in a cult, Gretchen Wylder's darkly comedic one-woman show (Spookies Award for “Best Solo Show” at Edinburgh Fringe ‘25) explores witches as healers, the patriarchal systems that burned them, and the modern dangers of organised religion.
Living a double life – reading tarot in Salem while living in a creepy cottage town run by zealots – her personal horror show becomes a fierce reclamation of spirituality. Wylder reinterprets Biblical women’s stories and exposes the ongoing persecution of the divine feminine, all while trying not to get burned at the stake.
