20 years ago, NBC premiered a show that dared to change the minds of the masses, shine a spotlight on the witty, and delight the corporate big wigs with ratings not previously seen before. That show was America’s Got Talent.
At the same time, NBC premiered a really clunker to most but the rare bright spot to few: 30 Rock.
Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) created a new world of television for punny nerds and physical comics alike, and ever since, we revel in the fire of her splendor.
Now on 30 Rock’s 20th Anniversary, we honor that sacred text with drag, trivia, and HAM.
