As a new day rises on the kingdom of drag in the distance the horns are blaring the decree: DRAG KINGS AND THINGS DESERVE THE CHANCE TO SHINE!
Are you a drag king or thing living in NYC (or willing to visit?) then this is your sign to apply!
We will have 4 preliminary competitions, held at the Iconic Club Cumming In Manhattan’s East Village in which 4 contestants (16 total) will come prepared with a runway look , a mini challenge (this is usually an audience participation portion which you will be made aware of ahead of time, but no need to prepare!) , and a performance of your choice.
Drag? Singing? Puppetry? Sideshow? dance? WE WANT TO SEE IT ALL!
The competition will be judged by me as well as 4 guest judges, one for each preliminary, to help make sure the winner is chosen with honor and valor and other royal qualities.
The winner of the finale will recieve $500, a guaranteed spot in Throne, a bedazzled and decadent royal chalice and a bottle of wine to go with it! Oh and a handmade rhinestone sash by @madebyao and a crown!

King’s Cup is entering its second season and I can’t believe it’s been a year! This last Spring our beloved competition was featured on @worldofwonder show Club Cumming , which you can still catch streaming to see some of last years madness!!!
